Delivery Information

Physical products will be shipped to the address used in the shopping cart.

Electronic material is available as soon as your purchase is completed. We use a product called Lock Lizard that encrypts our materials and allows you, with the required license that is included with your purchase, to view the materials on your electronic devices. After the completion of your purchase you will receive an email from LockLizard with instructions to download the viewer for your selected device, the viewer is also avilable on our site via the 'My Accounts' section (upper right). The license to activate the viewer is also included with that email from LockLizard, it too is available for download in the 'My Accounts' section. The document that you can be downloaded directly from your 'My Account' tab (upper right corner) under the Downloads section.
